Returns and Exchange Policy:

 

We want our customers be 100% satisfied with every item they purchase from Morfa, so we offer exchange, credit note or full refund within 30 days on full price items. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If you live in New Zealand, we will cover the costs of shipping your new item back to you!

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss the possibility of an exchange.

Returns:

 

You may return any product, with the exception of sale or discounted items, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labeling must be returned also. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty so please do choose carefully.

Returned products must be accompanied by a completed returns authority (RA) form, we will provide you with a RA number when you contact us to discuss your return.Make sure you really make the parcel secure by using loads of tape as you are responsible for it until it reaches us. We also suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. We do not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves so check and check again. All return shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer) so choose carefully!

Exchanges:

 

If you wish to exchange a garment please email us as soon as possible to reserve another one.  All return shipping costs are to be paid by you (the customer) so choose carefully unless the original garment was incorrect or faulty.  If you do exchange and live outside New Zealand, we will also need to charge you the cost of the shipping back to you too. For our New Zealand Customers, we will cover the costs of shipping your new items back to you.

 

Refunds:

 

Refunds can only be issued via your original payment method or alternatively for a store credit.  

All refunds are transacted in the New Zealand dollars for the NZD amount originally paid, irrespective of foreign exchange rates at the time of your order.

 

Received incorrect product:

 

If we have made a shipping error, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this issue for you.  All freight costs will be on us.

Items must be un-worn and un-damaged, returned complete with original labels and packaging.  We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will contact you to confirm your exchange, refund or store credit.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
